Nether Kinneil Farmhouse is a family run business with the single aim of making your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

Since moving into the farmhouse in 2012 it has been converted retaining many original features and others added to offer a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, helping you feel at home while away from home.


Central location with local facilities

The farmhouse is situated in a quiet location surrounded by farmland, a few minutes from Bo’ness to the east, where you will find a variety of local shops & supermarkets. And, only 4 miles from Linlithgow with rail links to both Edinburgh & Glasgow.

There are a number of cafes & restaurants and a lovely local pub, in Bo’ness, serving real ales and homemade food.
